Top 3 Holiday Episodes

13 Dec

PDAThe Valentine’s Day episode from season 7’s “PDA” is definitely one of my favorite holiday episodes. Since Michael and Holly have just resumed their long paused relationship, their attraction to one another is a little bit too much for either of them to handle. The workers in the office quickly become uncomfortable Continue reading

Memorable Women of Michael Scott

13 Dec

JanMichael‘s first girlfriend on the series is Jan Levinson (although named Jan Levinson-Gould before her divorce). Jan and Michael began sleeping together when Jan still held her corporate position at Dunder Mifflin. Michael was initially thrilled to be with Jan, although Jan has never reciprocated this feeling even for a second. After Jan is fired from Dunder Mifflin, she resides, unemployed in Michael’s home, even causing endless financial problems for him. Continue reading

Jim & Pam

13 Dec

Although Jim and Pam have come a long way from just being in the “friend zone“, viewers would not truly be able to appreciate what is Jim and Pam without watching the development of their character relationship over time. The first two seasons of The Officealthough slow-moving, have some of the best and classic moments between this dynamic duo. One of the most important aspects of this phase is the fact that Pam is engaged to Roy Anderson. Continue reading

The Whale

19 Nov

Every episode I can’t expect things to get any worse for Andy, but the intro to this week’s episode totally proved me wrong. The workers in the office witness a very sun-burnt and delirious Andy who is stranded at sea.  After successfully managing to lose his only two sources of drinking water, he then loses the laptop and all contact with Andy is lost through a watery lens. Continue reading

Here Comes Treble

5 Nov

Perhaps the scariest thing about this Halloween episode is that it is the last Halloween episode of The Office ever. Sigh. But before I go off on too much of a tangent, let’s talk about the intro, which I can adequately describe in one word – Hysterical. Dwight scares Erin by effortlessly putting his head inside of a pumpkin – if only it was as simple to get it out. Continue reading

Notable Guest Stars

4 Oct

Since The Office started in 2005, there have been a considerable amount of guest stars flooding the screen. While some have played a more intricate role to the story line, others have been small, episode-long appearances that were hilarious nonetheless. Regardless I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about The Office‘s most memorable guest stars throughout the past eight seasons. Continue reading

Ryan and Kelly’s Dysfunctional Relationship

17 Sep

It’s no secret that characters Ryan Howard and Kelly Kapoor have a less than perfect relationship. However, the true spectacle is how exactly things got that way in the first place. If viewers recall Kelly from season 1, they will remember a relatively quiet, reserved young woman who did her job just like any other character on the show. Continue reading

Top Three Heartbreaking Moments

7 Sep

#1: If I had been watching The Office around this time I might have been a little upset that I had to wait until the next season for this. This season 3 premiere picks up right where the season 2 finale left off – Jim embracing Pam and exchanging a long overdue kiss – in my opinion anyway. At this point viewers are aware of Jim’s transfer to the Stamford branch in the near future. After openly admitting his love for Pam once to no avail, he makes one last attempt to win her over. Pam admits that she has also always wanted to kiss Jim. Continue reading

The Mystery Of Creed

6 Sep

The Officea show centered around the characters of Michael Scott, Jim Halpert, Pam Beasley and Dwight Schrute, has many other characters who are an integral part of the series. One character, however, has always stood out in a sort of creepy, endearing way. I am talking about the one, the only Creed Bratton. Who exactly is Creed though? On the surface we know Creed as Scranton’s Quality Assurance representative, or as creed refers to it, “Quabity Assurance”. However, there is much more to Creed than that. Creed Bratton is exactly who we think he is…Creed Bratton.

Favorite Jim & Dwight Pranks

6 Sep

If there is one component of The Office that has come to be the most popular, even expected, aspect of the show, it would be Jim Halpert‘s endless pranks on Dwight Schrute. Honestly, don’t we all have that one person we work with who really knows how to get under our skin? As much as we may want to create silly tricks of our own, we’ll leave the tricks to this professional prankster and hope someday we can do the same. For now, I’m going to share my top three favorite Jim and Dwight pranks. Enjoy!
